Andrew Adair
One of the most successful young organists in Canada today, Andrew Adair is currently Interim Director of Music at St. James’ Cathedral in Toronto. Previously Andrew was Assistant Organist at St. James’, during which time he played the organ for Her Majesty The Queen. While studying at the University of Toronto with University Organist John Tuttle he was Assistant Organist at the historic Church of St. Mary Magdalene.
At St. James’ Andrew can be heard in recital every Sunday at 4pm preceding Choral Evensong and is currently undertaking a project to play the complete works of Johann Sebastian Bach, which can be heard monthly at the Cathedral’s Tuesday organ recitals.
